Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after your payment has been successfully confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

During periods of high order volume, promotions, holidays, or product launches, processing times may take longer than usual. If there is a significant delay, we will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed.

2. Shipping Availability

We currently offer shipping within the United States.

Available shipping methods, shipping charges, and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout based on your shipping address and the items in your order.

3. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and begin after your order has been shipped, not when the order is placed.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control, including:

• Holidays
• High shipping volumes
• Incorrect or incomplete addresses
• Natural disasters
• Other unforeseen circumstances

4. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information, when available.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active after the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

You can use the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email to monitor your package.

5. Shipping Address

Please carefully review your shipping address before completing your purchase.

Ultra Tribe USA is not responsible for shipping delays, returned packages, or delivery problems caused by an incorrect, incomplete, or incorrectly entered shipping address.

If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us immediately. We will make reasonable efforts to assist you, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been processed or shipped.

6. Failed or Returned Deliveries

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, incomplete address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, please contact us to discuss the available options.

Additional shipping charges may apply if the package needs to be shipped again.

7. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears to be significantly delayed or is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with household members, neighbors, and the shipping carrier.

If the package still cannot be located, contact us with your order number and tracking information. We will do our best to assist you and, where appropriate, work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue.

8. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photographs of the damaged package and items.

This information may be required to help us investigate the issue with the shipping carrier and determine the appropriate resolution.

9. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated and displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

Any applicable shipping promotions or free-shipping offers will be subject to the terms stated at the time of the offer.

10. Order Changes or Cancellation

If you need to make changes to your order or shipping information, contact us as soon as possible after placing the order.

We cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made once an order has entered processing or has been shipped.
